These Terms of Service apply when you access or use nomorework. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have reached the age of majority where you live and be able to enter into a binding agreement.

nomorework is an educational Canadian retirement-planning tool. It uses information and assumptions you enter to produce estimates, comparisons, and simulations. Features may include tax, government-benefit, investment-return, stress, and location scenarios.

nomorework is in beta. Features, modeled results, copy, and availability can change. Keep a JSON backup from Settings if you need a copy of your plan. Paid Planner licenses remain subject to the refund and billing terms on this site.

nomorework does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Its outputs are estimates, not guarantees or recommendations. Review important decisions with a qualified professional who can consider your full circumstances.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and assumptions you enter and for deciding how to use the results. Laws, benefit rules, market conditions, and your circumstances can change.

Plan data is stored in your browser. When you use planning features, that data is transmitted over HTTPS for server-side calculation, processed transiently for the request, and is not persisted in our application database. You are responsible for securing your device, controlling access to your browser profile, and keeping any exported backup you need.

Explorer features may be used without a paid plan. Planner features require an active monthly, annual, or lifetime plan on your account. A plan is for your personal use and belongs to the account you purchased it with.

You must not share, sell, or misuse access to your account. Signing out does not cancel a subscription and does not delete plan data stored in that browser.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for paid purchases. It processes checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription billing, refunds, and chargebacks.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from nomorework. Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless the purchase is refunded, revoked, or otherwise made invalid.

Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy.

You may not use nomorework to:

• break the law or another person's rights;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the service or its security controls;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• resell the service, share paid access, or falsely claim an affiliation with us; or
• extract or copy the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

nomorework and its software, design, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to us. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of the information you enter and the files you export.

nomorework uses third-party services for payment and licensing, market quotes, and hosting. Their services and policies apply to information they process. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may maintain, update, replace, limit, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device. Where practical, material changes affecting paid access will be communicated in the service or through available contact information.

To the extent permitted by law, nomorework is provided as available and without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of an estimate for a particular decision. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, reliance on an estimate, loss of browser-stored data, or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may suspend or end access if a license is invalid, expired, refunded, or revoked, or if you materially breach these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using nomorework at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through the billing portal.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, without removing any mandatory rights you have under the laws where you live.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
