Refund Policy

nomorework does not offer discretionary refunds for monthly, annual, or lifetime Planner purchases. Refunds remain available where required by applicable law or where Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, decides to issue one under its policies.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from nomorework. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund or prorate the current billing period.

After cancellation, Planner access continues through the paid billing period shown by Lemon Squeezy. Access ends when that period expires, or earlier if the purchase is refunded, revoked, or otherwise made invalid.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time license and does not renew. It is final except where a refund is required by law or issued by Lemon Squeezy. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the offered nomorework product and remains subject to the Terms of Service, including service changes and acceptable-use requirements.

Nothing in this policy removes a non-waivable consumer right. Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund to address fraud, duplicate charges, chargebacks, or other payment issues under its own rules. Any approved refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method where possible.

If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact Lemon Squeezy through the receipt or customer portal and notify us promptly. Include the order number, purchase email, charge date, and a short description. Do not send a full card number, bank credentials, password, or financial plan data by email.

Email contact@nomorework.ca with the order number, purchase email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review whether a legal or processor exception applies. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund.
